2019 55K rollerski training day set for September 22nd.
Our goal this year is to raise $4,000 for Junior Scholarship fund
EU provides an 6:30 AM bus from Stillwater to Desnoyer Park. Wave start time is approx 7:20AM. The training course: Starting at Desnoyer Park we drop down to the East River Road heading south to Samuel Morgan trail, past Union Depot in Saint Paul up the Swede Hollow onto Bruce Vento trail, east on the Gateway Trail then finally the Browns Creek trail into Stillwater. 95% trail. The training session is a supported along the way with water stops so you can refill your water bottles and an equipment swap at Lake Phalen. Keep in mind the trail is open to public so please keep to one side and ski single file double pole on any road portions. We are asking that participants who are able donate $100 toward the program to help us to fund these scholarships. All donations, big and small, will be accepted and greatly appreciated. Our goal this year is to raise $4000. Scholarship winners will be determined by the size of the fund, number of applicants and dollar amount of scholarships awarded will be based on quality of applications. 2019/20 EU Scholarships awarded!
Congratulations to four junior athletes who were awarded $250 to $500 in cash AWARDS to assist in their Nordic Ski training. Endurance United thanks all scholarship contributors who generously gifted cash and equipment to the fund.
Endurance United offers training options for Junior Nordic skiers (ages 13-20) of all skill levels who want to improve in their Nordic ski racing. We believe in a balanced approach towards training that promotes success through teamwork. commitment, hard effort, and an overall positive healthy attitude.
