Register for Endurance United's fall/winter and winter only training!  With offerings for all ability levels, our fall/winter and winter only training is ideal for citizen racers and outdoor enthusiasts who are looking to benefit from the extensive ski experience of our coaches. Regardless of your area of interest – racing, cross-training, or recreational skiing – your fitness and ability as a skier will improve.

Coaches: Margie Nelson, Jon Miller, Mike Brown, Liz Peterson, Ben Dubay, Joe Dubay
Dates: Fall/Winter; 10.2.17 – 2.15.18*, Winter ONLY; 12.4.17 - 2.15.18* (see details on each training session below)
Cost: Starts at $280 for 1 Session per week for fall and winter, and $175 for 1 session per week winter only. More sessions per week gets you a better discount!
Notes: All fall and winter programs include running, rollerskiing (transitioning to skiing when we get snow), technique work, and strength training.  Rollerskis are required only for the morning session (Wednesday), and can be purchased at Gear West, Finn-Sisu, and Boulder Nordic Sport.  The evening sessions get too dark in the fall to rollerski, making them exclusively "dryland" training. The winter sessions are meant to be exclusively skiing, but flexibility is necessary due to uncertain snow/weather conditions.
See the calendar on the Adult Home Page for daily workout information.

*NOTE: No training Thanksgiving Week (11/20/17) or Christmas Week (12/25/17)
