2019-2020 Masters Year-Round Technique and training

Register for the “Year Round” training option to get the most bang for your buck.  Thirty-nine weeks of coach lead training. The year round program is ideal for citizen racers and outdoor enthusiasts who are looking to benefit from the extensive ski experience of our coaches. Regardless of your area of interest – racing, cross-training, or recreational skiing – your fitness and ability as a skier will improve!

Dates: 5.7.19 – 2.27.20*
*No Training July 1st-7th, November 25th-December 1st, December 23rd-January 1st, February 17th-23rd
Cost: Starts at $475 for 1 session per week. $425 dryland only. Sign-up by April 15th for $50 discount.
Includes Endurance United summer training shirt, discounts on Urban Trail Series Events, and special EU activities!

Notes: All Spring and Summer programs include running, rollerskiing, technique work, and strength training.  Rollerskis are required, and can be purchased at Gear West, Finn-Sisu, Pioneer Midwest, Boulder Nordic Sport or The Rollerski Shop. The spring sessions are mostly on foot, while the summer sessions alternate between dryland and rollerskiing.

wEDNESDAY Mornings

9:00am – 10:30am

This session has been a longtime standard and continues on as such.  It covers all aspects of ski training and racing; technique, intensity, and strength.

Where: Various East Metro Locations
Focus: Mixed Training Intensities, Technique and Strength
*This session will alternate between rollerskiing and dryland every other week for the spring, summer, and beginning of fall.

A better session for the skier looking to improve technique, strength, and overall skiing ability.
