~100 meters at the conclusion of the 2/4/8 paddle event. Everyone gets to race!
The Long Lake Lap is set-up for participants to bring their own boat. We have a limited number of canoes for people to borrow. If you have a team and want to race, e-mail us (paddle@enduranceunited.org) to reserve.

Long Lake Lap details
8:00 AM: Race day registration opens.
8:45 AM: Pre-race meeting and course map
9:00 AM: 8 mile race start
9:02 AM: 4 mile race start
9:04 AM: 2 mile race start
10:45 AM: First heat of paddle board sprints, top paddlers moving onto semi finals and finals! The number of heats is determined by the number racers.
