We’d like to share that Callie Knapp, Endurance United’s Youth Head Coach and Outreach Coordinator, will be leaving her full-time role this fall to pursue veterinary school. Since joining us full-time in early 2024, Callie has made a remarkable impact on our organization and community.
“It has been a great privilege and joy to work with the EU Skiwerx team over the past 3 years, and to work for EU in a full-time role over the past 1.5 years. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to coach such an amazing group of athletes who embody a true passion for Nordic skiing. I have found the EU community to contain some of the most outstanding athletes in the Midwest, while also being an incredibly welcoming community. I truly believe that community is what sets EU apart and allows the organization to provide opportunities for Twin Cities residents to live active, healthy lives outdoors!
While I am excited for this new adventure, the EU community will always be a valuable part of my life. I look forward to watching our athletes continue to grow and improve as they pursue their love of Nordic skiing. With a strong sense of purpose and a dedicated leadership team, the future of Endurance United is very bright. “

Callie’s leadership with the EU Skiwerx team has been inspiring—fostering a strong sense of team and camaraderie among our youth skiers. Through her outreach efforts, she’s also helped open up more opportunities for others to connect with the outdoors.
We are deeply grateful for all that Callie has done for Endurance United. While she will be greatly missed, we know she’ll continue to make a difference wherever she goes—and we look forward to seeing her out on the trails again in the future.
As we look ahead, we are beginning the search for a new part-time Youth Head Coach. If you or someone you know is passionate about youth skiing and community-building, please check out the position description and application details by clicking here.
