Intermediate XC Ski lessons

Our ski lessons, with both level 1 and level 2 courses, are designed to develop proficiency in the technique of choice. Skiers interested in our lessons should have some experience on snow already and must own or rent their own equipment, this course is not designed for beginners. Level 1 will focus on athletic body position, specific movements and timing, and then putting it all together. Our coaches will lead you through a progression so you can feel confident out on the snow. We’ll help correct common mistakes that can lead to a less than enjoyable experience or worse, injuries. Level 2 sessions focus on gaining skills and proficiency that are necessary to use skiing as your go-to fitness activity in the winter. Perfect for those considering skiing a tour or race.

Our three week long lesson plan will have you moving more confidently and proficiently on your skis. We wouldn’t be surprised if consider signing up for a Nordic tour event or even join an EU weekly training seasonal program.
*Skiers must provide their own equipment and purchase applicable ski pass for given session location!
