SUMMER 2026 JUNIOR TRAINING!

Summer is focused on gaining confidence in technique, building a strong aerobic base through both rollerskiing and dryland training, and building on the general strength base that was developed in the spring season. We will do regular interval training (level 3 & level 4) and regular level 1 volume/continuous distance workouts. In order to improve and make gains, one must practice and train consistently. Joining as many days as you can (training consistently) will lead to the most improvement. Join us and feel confident that you trained hard, trained smart, and recovered well with the Endurance United Junior Team.

The EU junior program is for ages 14-19* (*if an athlete is 12 or 13 years of age and interested in skiing with juniors, please contact John Richter to see if juniors or EU skiwerx is the more appropriate program).
