18/19 JUNIOR TEAM FALL TRAINING
For Nordic skiers, fall is the most important season for smart training. Lots of race-specific intensity training happens in the fall, combined with a lot of technique work to ensure you're ready to ski as fast as possible when the snow flies. Whether you're training to qualify for Junior Nationals, or training to have your best high school result ever, fall is a crucial time to train hard and train smart.
Note: The Endurance United supported long distance rollerski event takes place during the fall training period. Registration fee is included in junior fall training price. This event will take the place of practice for that day.

1 Day Per Week: $220
2 Days Per Week: $400

Notes: The fall program includes running/bounding, rollerskiing, technique work, and strength training. Rollerskis are required. Endurance United does not provide rollerskis.

Tuesday: 3:45-5:15pm, Battle Creek Waterpark; Rollerskiing
Wednesday: 3:45-5:15pm, EU Office, Strength/Agility
Thursday: 3:45-5:15pm, Battle Creek Recreation Center; Dryland/Bounding
Saturday: 9:00-11:00am, Elm Creek Swimming Pond; Rollerskiing
Sunday: 8:30-11:00am, Desnoyer Park; Rollerskiing
NOVEMBER PRE-SEASON SPECIAL 2 WEEK SESSION (10/29/18 - 11/11/18)
Join us for 1 or 2 weeks leading up to the start of the high school ski season. This session is great for athletes who run cross country in the fall, and would like a 2-week Nordic training tune-up prior to the start of the season. These training sessions are run in conjunction with the last two weeks of regularly scheduled junior fall training sessions.
1 week of training (1st OR 2nd week of the two week block): $100 for 5 training sessions
2 weeks of training (both weeks of the two week block): $150 for all 10 training sessions
