Fall 2019 Juniors
For Nordic skiers, fall is the most important season for smart training. Race-specific intensity training combined with volume and technique work help to ensure you are ready to ski to your full potential when the snow falls and race season begins. Whether you're training to qualify for Junior Nationals or training to have your best high school result ever, fall is a crucial time to train hard and train smart.
Note: The Endurance United supported long distance rollerski training day takes place during the fall training period. Registration fee is included in junior fall training price.

*Sign-up by July 31st for $50 discount.
Notes: The fall program includes running/bounding, rollerskiing, technique work, and strength training. Rollerskis and helmet are required and are not provided by Endurance United.

Tuesday: 4:15-5:45pm, Battle Creek Water Park; Rollerski
Wednesday: 4:15-5:45pm, Endurance United Office, Strength
Thursday: 4:15-5:45pm, Battle Creek Water Park, Rollerski
Friday: 4:15-5:45pm, location and training mode varies
Saturday: 8:30-11:00am, Elm Creek Rollerski
