SUMMER 2019 JUNIOR TRAINING!
Summer is the time for big training hours. The goal is to build your aerobic fitness and improve your technique, all with the eventual goal of racing and recovering well when the winter comes. It's important to be mentally and physically strong coming into the summer months. The strength and aerobic fitness built in the spring will be utilized to train hard and train smart all summer!

Notes: The summer program includes rollerskiing, running/bounding, technique work, intensity, and strength training. Rollerskis and helmets are required and are not provided by Endurance United.
