Spring is a crucial time to build strength and aerobic fitness for the big training hours of the summer season.  We'll spend two days per week in the weight room, and three days doing some form of aerobic activity/agility to rebuild basic aerobic capacity. The strength training sessions are designed as a progressive program.  One strength session per week, or attending a strength session as a make-up for another missed session will not be nearly as beneficial, and could increase your risk of injury.

Notes:  The spring program includes running, rollerskiing, technique work, and strength training.  Rollerskis and helmets required for rollerski specific sessions and are not provided by Endurance United.

Saturday: 9:00-11:00am, Elm Creek Swimming Pond; Rollerski or Dryland
