18/19 JUNIOR TEAM SUMMER TRAINING!

Summer is the time of big training hours.  The goal is to build your aerobic fitness and improve your technique, all with the eventual goal of racing and recovering well when the winter comes.  It's important to be mentally and physically strong coming into the summer months. We'll use the strength and aerobic fitness we built in the spring to to train hard and train smart all summer!

Dates: 6.11.17 – 8.10.17 (8 weeks)* 
*No Training Week of July 2-8

2 Days Per Week: $320
3 Days Per Week: $450
4 Days Per Week: $550
5 Days Per Week: $650

Notes:  The summer program includes running/bounding, rollerskiing, technique work, intensity, and strength training.  Rollerskis are required. Rollerskis are not provided by EU.

Summer Strength/agility Training - Endurance United Offices

WHEN: Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, 3:45-5:15pm
WHERE: Endurance United Offices
COST: $200 for the summer training season.

Maintain your strength through the summer training season with afternoon strength sessions at the EU Offices.  Strength is a crucial component to skiing with efficient technique!
